Hey everyone! I wanted to share my favorite FAST and EASY breakfast recipes. These are great if you are meal prepping or just constantly on the go.
Smoothie:
1/2 banana
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp almond butter
2 dates (pitted)
1 tbsp teami powder OR matcha powder OR 1 cup of kale
Ice as needed
Egg Bites:
Egg Whites
1 red pepper
1 cup spinach
1 cup cheddar cheese
Salt + Pepper
Overnight Oats:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup milk (or almond milk)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 banana mashed
(TOPPINGS)
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup sliced bananas
